🕒 Return Window

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

✅ Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

  • It must be returned in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as hazardous, flammable, or intimate goods

Only regular-priced items are refundable. Sale items are non-refundable.

  • If marked as a gift, you’ll receive store credit once the return is received.

  • If not marked as a gift, the refund goes to the original purchaser.
